Mikata Buffet

Place was very well set up, the food was excellent. All you can eat for dinner is $13.99, if you want unlimited crab legs its $30.99. We had a group of 17. Our waiter sucked but it was one guy for 17 people, and the tea tasted bad. I didnt subtract stars because it wasn't the guys fault, they were packed and the tea just isn't the same as in Tennessee (I believe they used Florida tap water and that's the reason I didnt care for it.

Walked in with a family of three and we were seated right away. They were very packed even though we came closer to to the closing time. Waitress got us drinks and then we pigged out. The sushi was absolutely gross. The hibachi was delicious. It’s your typical Chinese restaurant but buffet style. Nothing special. If you have under $15 then this is the place to be. Side note, the lobster is and additional $31.

This place is a bait and switch. When you have a buffet, if it's on the buffet table, It's included!! If you want to charge extra for an item, make people ask for it. But that's not what you want, you want people to miss the signs and have to pay almost triple what they were expecting. There were signs but they weren't good enough to let my father in law know. The bathrooms are disgusting. I also saw one of the employees ( a Chef, I think) come out of the bathroom without washing their hands.

This is a good place for the price. Unlimited sushi, hibachi, and Chinese food. There is normally always a line to get in but goes quick. Lunch Buffet Mon-Sat $8.99 Sun 9.99. Dinner buffet Mon- Sun $12.99 Can get crab legs for dinner at $30.99 per person.

Easily the best lunch buffet for the price in all of PSL, Stuart and Ft. Pierce. Only 9$ before 3:30. Place is always clean, staffed, stocked and stuffed with patrons. Very worth it!

Awesome place to eat, the selection of food was unreal. They have fresh hand made sushi, and a hibachi grill. For 29$ me and my wife left full, trust me you have to try this place.

Good food, a good place to go for dinner. BUT with all the traffic, I would expect the bathrooms to be in better condition. My daughter even said, "Eww, mommy its dirty!" I mean the bathroom is disgusting honestly, the toilet seats are brownish, there are no seat covers available, no paper towels and it's just old and nasty. I can only wonder if the condition of the kitchen is similar. Please consider renovating your restrooms!!!!!

A wide selection of sushi and other nice seafood. The octopus is a steal, and cooked to a well browned crisp; it's such a popular item that not many folks even get the chance to devour it. Although the location does have one major flaw- a terribly kept bathroom. Everything else however is well sanitized and up kept

By Far the best Chinese & Japanese buffet in town. The food is exceptionally brilliant. The food is fresh and the display is just remarkable. The waiters and waitresses are just exceptional. The sushi buffet is perfectly fresh and delicious. And the prices are just awesome well worth every dollar you spend. If your looking for Great food, Calming atmosphere, and great service. Bring the family to Mikata Buffet! You won't be in the least bit disappointed. Now go get, your all you can possibly eat on! At this great Buffet! A cultural explosion of Asian goodness! Yummy!! And don't forget your Fortune Cookie!

Just had takeout from there tonight. Not much, just for the 2 of us old folks. Wide selection but the food is just "OK" and not hot. Got the food home and it had already cooled off (in Florida?) and was pretty dry. Good in a pinch but the $14 it cost me was worth the most $10 or under.

Very good food and service. Great for family meals. Food was fresh. The only reason I did not give it a five is because of the restrooms. Otherwise a great place with a large variety to choose from.

Best buffet around! The food is wonderful. I think the prices are a little high but the customer service is fantastic.

This is about the only Chinese buffet gig around that particular area. I like the variety to create your palette desire. If your feeling for only sushi, seafood, Chinese or hibachi on different says or within your group, it’s all there. However, they have to improve on the sushi. Recently, it’s being served too cold. Nobody likes the taste of sushi when it appears as if it just came out of the refrigerator. Do better, Mikata.

I love the food choices here. However, some of the servers aren't friendly or can't even speak English & I don't like that! If you go at the right time, you can catch the food dishes coming out hot & fresh!

I am a frequent visitor of this place and it is good almost all the time. I say almost because we are humans and we have bad days sometimes and unfortunately that effects the food but it's good food and great service almost all the time. Come in with your family and have a nice dinner.

We went before the dinner rush and everything was ready and fresh.

Went to Mikata on a Sunday and by the looks of the line outside this was the place to be. At first i was hesitant about staying not wanting to wait but i had alreadyDriven here from fort pierce so decided to stay put. So they charge kids under 5. Also price changes depending on what foods you choose and the waiter checks the plates so no trying to sneak crabs on your plate. All in all the food was good. Some foods we had to wait longer for the waiter to refill . other than that No real complaint.

I did not love it. I liked it. The food choices were great though. However, the food didn't really taste so great. It was ok. I posted pictures so you can see. Including the check. It was 1 adult and 2 kids under 10.

Everything is great, have never been disappointed, love the part where you pick out what you want freshly stir fried. The best part for me is the crab legs. You pay extra but worth every penny.

I really enjoyed the habatchi . I wish there were more veggies to choose from though. I loved the green beans! Shrimp were fresh! I'd go back there if I were to visit again.
